Don't think they don't benefit from this arrangement though as they charge exorbitant interest rates to cover the risk that they are taking.
3. When you ask such lenders for loans, the main reason usually is because you need the money quickly. So if a lender is telling you that he/she will take a week to process your loan, you are in the wrong place. Loan sharks will release your loan within 48 hours from the time you apply. If a lender is asking for more time, something's definitely wrong.
